From 31 August 2009

The passport service for British nationals in Trinidad and Tobago will move to the UK Passport Service Centre for the Americas and Caribbean in Washington D.C.

From 31 August 2009 passport applications should be sent by courier or registered post directly to:

The passport team in the UK Passport Service Centre for the Americas and the Caribbean aim to issue new passports within 10 working days of receiving the correct supporting documents (excluding transit time).

All the relevant passport forms can be downloaded together with new information on the application process and fees from ukinusa.fco.gov.uk.
